With over 17 years of work experience in the area of socio-economic research, her current research includes tracking processes, finances and outcomes in India’s school education sector. Along with analysis of Indian government budgets, she has extensive experience in conducting quantitative research using large-scale household survey datasets on the Indian education sector, household consumption expenditures and labour market. These include the National Sample Surveys (NSS), Unified-District Information System for Education (U-DISE) and National Achievement Surveys (NAS). She has also worked on primary surveys to understand the linkages between education and labour market, equity to access to education, the implementation bottlenecks related to social sector schemes on education, child protection and nutrition.Send Email
