PAISA tools are practical 'do-it-yourself' documents that provide hands-on guidance on collecting and analysing data on fund flows, expenditures and implementation processes. The purpose of these tools is to explain the PAISA approach, in order to build a community of stakeholders (local officials and civil society) engaged in tracking and monitoring the delivery of public services in India. Each toolkit has been used by us and will give you a direction on your own survey questions.
