Hosted and organised by the Centre for Policy Research, CPR Dialogues is an annual public forum where leading policy practitioners, academics, and thought leaders address the most critical policy issues of our times. The third edition of CPR Dialogues will be held on September 30th and 1st October 2022 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

Addressing the theme of New Perspectives for a Changing World, this year’s edition of Dialogues will take stock of the significant global disruptions – the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russia-Ukraine War, and the emerging climate crisis the world has undergone, with a view to charting India’s path both domestically as the economy rejuvenates itself and sets itself back on the path to growth and globally. The dialogue series will include sessions on India’s external relationships with the QUAD, China and South Asia. It will also look at critical sectors of the economy including agriculture and rural development, public finance, and the vexed challenge of jobs. It will explore challenges to inclusive growth from urbanisation to state capacity, federalism and land rights. Finally, and crucially, it will organize a specific set of sessions on India’s climate and energy transitions and locate domestic and global debates in the context of the critical transition pathways India is choosing to adopt.

CPR Dialogues will provide a much-needed platform for locating debates and challenges in India within a global perspective, and allow key stakeholders to engage with and learn from each other.

CPR Dialogues is open to all to attend. For more information click here.
