The complexities involved in governing India are widely acknowledged. In countless conversations, the government is spoken to be akin to a machine with its cogs (people) and wheels (processes, rules and procedures) churning in rhythm to make the country’s governance possible.

The third edition of Ideation offers insights from the experiences of public administrators from across the country, captured in our interview series State Speak . It also discusses the impact of pandemic on school education, along with evidence building on health and nutrition initiatives in the country.
